I have been interested in computers for most of my life. My first experience was programming in Turbo Pascal in High School, and immediately I realized I had a real affinity for computer theory.

I continued studying programming into college, and built a career in the technical support field, picking up many skills along the way. I have been fortunate enough to work directly for Hewlett-Packard in the past, and learned a great deal there about computer hardware to compliment my software knowledge.

I am A+ certified for computer repair and carry HP product certification. I am also a CompTIA trained Certified Technical Trainer.

Computers for me are a passion, a hobby, and a career. I love sharing my knowledge and exploring new technologies. It is my pleasure to share what I have learned with you to make your computer experience more rewarding.

One thing I really hate is someone talking down to me or losing patience with me just because they've learned something I haven't yet. I take customer service seriously, and enjoy sharing my knowledge with folks. When you call me in for training or repairs, you'll always be treated with the same kindness, patience, and caring that I would give my own family.
